Martin Burgess

Martin Burgess joined Wallem Group in June 2023 and resides in the UK. As Group HR Consultant he is responsible for providing the CEO, senior leadership team and Board members with executive-level HR guidance, supporting the HR team in delivering main strategic objectives; and coaching and developing the key internal stakeholders in each business function.

Previously Martin held several roles in global high-technology engineering companies, including BAE Systems, AT&T, GEC and Cobham.  

Martin is a former Board member and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Xeinadin Group and is currently an advisor to the Cranfield Trust. As a keen sportsman, Martin is a member of several cricket and rugby clubs and enjoys skiing, sailing, and photography.

Martin was educated at London University and the College of Law and during his career has been predominantly based in the UK and the US.
